Over 20 years of extensive global pricing experience in the industrial manufacturing space, Elaine has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in developing and implementing effective pricing strategies and pricing automation processes resulted in successful achievements of key performance indicators.
Elaine’s journey in the pricing field began after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA with a specialization in Finance, and Pricing Strategy Certification from University of Chicago Booth. Over the years, Elaine has gained invaluable experience working in diverse markets around the world with success navigating complexities of pricing in different regions, taking into account factors such as local competition, economic conditions and customer preferences and behaviors. Her ability to adapt and tailor pricing strategies to suit specific market conditions has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and profitability for the organizations she has worked with.
She is also a co-chair of Global Women’s Network, an Employee Resource Group at nVent.
