Mark Gilham is the VP Rebate Strategy and Evangelist at Enable. He has been the Finance Director at the Grafton GB and holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University.
Tim J. Smith, public intellectual on pricing strategy, is the CEO of Wiglaf Pricing and Adjunct Professor of Economics at DePaul University. He holds a BA and BS from SMU and a PhD and MBA from the University of Chicago.
